Welcome to Herbal Siddhi. By using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Website – All information is for general awareness only. Customers are responsible for their own purchase decisions.

2. Orders & Payments – Orders are subject to stock availability. Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, and secure gateways. Prepaid orders may receive special discounts.

3. Delivery – Standard delivery within 5–7 business days. Delays beyond our control will not make us liable.

4. Returns & Refunds – Only unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days. Opened products are non-returnable.

5. Limitation of Liability – Herbal Siddhi is not responsible for misuse, side effects, or allergic reactions. Please consult a doctor for serious health concerns.

6. Governing Law – All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.

Herbal Siddhi में आपका स्वागत है। हमारी वेबसाइट का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप निम्न शर्तों से सहमत हैं:

1. वेबसाइट उपयोग – दी गई जानकारी सामान्य जागरूकता हेतु है। ग्राहक अपने खरीद निर्णय स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी पर लेते हैं।

2. ऑर्डर व भुगतान – ऑर्डर स्टॉक उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करेंगे। भुगतान UPI, डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेटबैंकिंग व सुरक्षित गेटवे से किया जा सकता है। प्रीपेड ऑर्डर पर विशेष छूट लागू हो सकती है।

3. डलीवरी – सामान्य डिलीवरी 5–7 कार्यदिवस में होती है। हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर देरी पर हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।

4. रिटर्न व रिफंड – केवल अनओपन/अनयूज़्ड उत्पाद 7 दिनों में लौटाए जा सकते हैं। खुले उत्पाद वापसी योग्य नहीं।

5. उत्तरदायित्व सीमित – Herbal Siddhi किसी भी दुरुपयोग, एलर्जी या दुष्प्रभाव के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। गंभीर बीमारी में डॉक्टर से परामर्श करें।

6. कानूनी अधिकार क्षेत्र – सभी विवाद भारतीय न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।
